Dual Enrollment Advisor
St. Johns River State College is seeking a Dual Enrollment Advisor to support the Dual Enrollment, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Early Admission, and Early College programs. This position is responsible for advising, recruitment, retention, and event coordination for students in St. Johns county. Duties include student support, application and registration processes, and facilitating college readiness and completion. The position requires regular travel between campuses and occasional evening availability.

Advising and Student Support
- Advise students on program completion, CTE pathways, and course selection based on degree and career goals.
- Assist students with registration, schedule changes, and transition to and from Dual Enrollment programs.
- Guide students in setting academic and career goals and navigating college systems and degree requirements.
- Provide academic and career advisement for current and prospective Dual Enrollment students.
- Support students facing academic or personal challenges and refer them appropriately.
Program Coordination and Communication
- Manage student inquiries and provide information related to dual enrollment, CTE, and articulation.
- Process and track Dual Enrollment applications, prepare applicant notifications, and coordinate orientation.
- Assist with event planning for Dual Enrollment, Early College, Early Admission, and CTE program initiatives.
- Collaborate with school district staff and SJR State leadership to enhance retention and outreach.
- Coordinate and conduct program information sessions with Academic and Student Affairs teams.
Documentation and Data Management
- Maintain student files, documentation, and grade reports; organize current and former student records.
- Track student progress and retention using academic data, surveys, and attendance.
- Develop and manage progression plans in compliance with Department of Education guidelines.
- Support program accountability and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by College Administration.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, guidance, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience preferred. Experience in higher education or student advising is desirable.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
