• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT license valid in Florida
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Enthusiastic about working with K-8 student populations
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

• Assess and evaluate students functional abilities and needs related to occupational therapy
• Develop tailored OT intervention plans to enhance students educational performance and independence
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and small group settings
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and interventions in accordance with school and legal guidelines
• Collaborate with educators and parents, contributing to IEP meetings and classroom support strategies
• Promote student engagement and participation across all school routines and activities
