We’re looking for an energetic, dependable Assistant Afternoon Teacher to join our Nest!
What You’ll DoNo two afternoons are exactly the same! You’ll:
- Help with fun, planned afternoon activities
- Read books, sing songs, and get silly
- Get on the floor and PLAY with our Birdies
- Help little ones work through big feelings
- Join in outdoor play
- Help with snack, potty/diapers, and daily routines
- Keep our Birdies safe through active supervision
- Help clean, organize, and reset the classroom
- Make pickup time happy, safe, and smooth
- Jump in and help your team wherever needed
Someone who is:
- Fun and energetic
- Patient and loving
- Dependable
- Comfortable being silly
- Willing to get down on the floor and play
- A team player
- Ready to learn
- Able to take direction and feedback
- Comfortable working in a Christian environment
- Someone who genuinely likes being around kids!
At The Bird’s Nest, afternoons aren't just about waiting for parents to arrive.
