Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Design Engineering, Production, Tool Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Quality organizations to identify process, drawing in corporations, and tooling requirements to support current and new production.
Generate and maintain/revise various Manufacturing Engineering Documentation.
Identify manufacturing processes and specialty tooling requirements to improve efficiency, quality, and ergonomics in production operations.
Provide technical liaison assistance to production personnel to troubleshoot or provide clarification on various build process and tool related problems.
Identify, specify, and analyze usage of production perishables and consumable requirements addressed by documentation being used for production work instructions.
Investigate and provide solutions to support nonconformance repair procedures.
Research, develop, and provide process training as required.
Support site safety initiatives related to manufacturing processes.
