Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Design Engineering, Production, Tool Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Quality organizations to identify process, drawing in corporations, and tooling requirements to support current and new production.

  • Generate and maintain/revise various Manufacturing Engineering Documentation.

  • Identify manufacturing processes and specialty tooling requirements to improve efficiency, quality, and ergonomics in production operations.

  • Provide technical liaison assistance to production personnel to troubleshoot or provide clarification on various build process and tool related problems.

  • Identify, specify, and analyze usage of production perishables and consumable requirements addressed by documentation being used for production work instructions.

  • Investigate and provide solutions to support nonconformance repair procedures.

  • Research, develop, and provide process training as required.

  • Support site safety initiatives related to manufacturing processes.
