Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Event Coordinator role located in St. Augustine, FL. The Event Coordinator will manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors, and ensuring all events run smoothly. Tasks include securing event venues, supervising event timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring a positive experience for participants and stakeholders. The role will also involve fostering relationships with sponsors and contributing to sales and marketing efforts to promote events.

Qualifications
  • Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to efficiently organize and execute events.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with vendors, participants, and staff, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service delivery.
  • Sales experience and ability to seek sponsor ships, negotiate with vendors, and support event promotion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with budgeting and vendor management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field is a plus.
  • Passion for youth development and familiarity with golf programming is advantageous.
