St Johns County Sheriff’s Office in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Public Safety Telecommunicator (PST) II Trainee. This civilian role handles 911 and non-emergency calls, questions callers, and determines the disposition of requests for service.
The PST uses CAD systems and radios to coordinate dispatch, enters data, and relays information to units and public safety agencies. Position requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure 24/7 coverage.
