Companion – St. Augustine Area

HIRING NOW Companion Wanted – St. Augustine Area at Community Resource Network of Florida, LLC
. We are seeking a caregiver to support a 21-year-old young man who requires compassionate daily living assistance and enjoys daily walks outdoors. This is an independent contract position and pays $15.25 per hour.

Schedule:

Mon and Thu from 12pm - 4pm, Fri 3pm - 8pm and Sat from 7pm - 12am (flexible).

• Have a positive outlook and contagious energy
• Demonstrate patience and compassion

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks
• Meal preparation and light cleaning
• Ensuring the individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying the individual to social events and community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization
• Complete daily progress notes

• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening
• Provide 1 year of caregiving experience
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid Driver's license
• Are 18 years of age or older
