Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist, SLP to join our award-winning team. What You ll Do- Provide speech-language therapy in a home health setting
- Maximize patient communication and functionality
- Educate patients and families for optimum independence
- Help patients return to productive, joyful lives

- Master s or Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Florida
- Valid Florida driver s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
- 1+ years of experience as an SLP required, Home Health experience preferred
