As a Patient Service Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers—ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.

- Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
- Follow appropriate processes for insurance verification and/or benefits management
- Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
- Over‑the‑counter collections and reconcile all charges weekly and monthly
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
- At minimum, a high school diploma or GED (submission of diploma required)
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
- Full time: availability within 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
Pay range: $18–19 /hr (any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
