Are you a compassionate Medication Aide who believes seniors deserve exceptional care, dignity, and respect? At Allegro St. Augustine, we’re looking for dedicated Medication Aides (Med Techs) who are passionate about helping residents live safely, comfortably, and independently.
As a Medication Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Assisted Living residents by assisting with medication administration, daily care needs, and creating meaningful connections that brighten each resident’s day.

What You’ll Do- Assist residents with self-administration of medications in accordance with Florida state regulations and community policies.
- Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Mobility and transfers
- Incontinence care
- Document care and medication assistance accurately and timely.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
- Work closely with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Participate in resident activities and help create a positive, engaging environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, families, visitors, and fellow associates.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living preferred
- CNA certification is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide compassionate resident-centered care
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must successfully pass a criminal background screening and drug screening
- Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred
