What You’ll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting both patients and providers while helping ensure daily clinic operations run efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing examination rooms and maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Rooming patients and assisting providers during examinations and procedures
  • Recording patient information and maintaining accurate medical records
  • Providing patients with education, aftercare instructions, and support
  • Coordinating radiology and laboratory services
  • Assisting with clinical workflow and patient care coordination
  • Managing administrative and clinical tasks with efficiency and accuracy
  • Helping create a welcoming and positive patient experience
  • Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
What We’re Looking For – Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Non‑Certified Radiologic Technician (NCRT) license preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced clinical environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Basic computer and EMR proficiency
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
