Job Description Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist for our free-standing Emergency Department Silverleaf. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity. We are looking to hire an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in high-stress, fast-paced environment.

Registered Respiratory Therapist,

Job Responsibilities:

Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with breathing disorders

Administering respiratory therapies

Performing and interpreting diagnostic tests

Monitoring and managing mechanical ventilators for patients who require respiratory support

Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Providing patient education and support on proper breathing techniques, medication usage, and lifestyle changes

Maintaining accurate and complete patient assessments, treatments, and progress documentation

Education & Credential Requirements:
