• Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Process insurance verifications and collect payments.
• Coordinate with therapists to optimize patient flow and scheduling.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and inventory management.
• Ensure a clean and organized front office environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a medical office preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
