The RoleMedical Scientist working in the Core Laboratory, which provides a 24‑hour, 7‑day a week diagnostic service in Clinical Chemistry, Haematology, Coagulation and Blood Bank.
Responsibilities- Primarily works within the Core Laboratory.
- Works across all areas of this multidisciplinary laboratory, acts as the sole scientist on the out‑of‑hours roster and participates in the emergency on‑call roster.
- Satisfactory completion of an appropriate allied health professional course of study at a recognised tertiary institution and registration with the relevant Board, or eligibility for membership of the relevant professional association.
$81,614 to $115,529 per annum. Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No.2 of 2025.
You’ll have access to a salary package that includes living expenses up to $9,010, $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year, and other benefits if eligible.
- Access to salaries beyond $115,529 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme.
