Frontier Senior Living’s Greens community in St. Augustine seeks an outstanding Caregiver to provide compassionate, quality care for seniors. The role focuses on resident safety, well-being, and teamwork.

• Assists with all care needs that residents may require.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident and fellow employee information.
• Notifies Resident Care Coordinator/Executive Director/RN of any changes in resident condition.
• Assists in the dining room during meal times, including set‑up, taking orders, serving, and bussing tables.
• Supports activities and ensures residents attend scheduled events.
• Prepares residents for scheduled appointments and escorts them to the lobby.
• Identifies changes in condition and reports to Medication Aide/Resident Care Coordinator/RN immediately.
• Accurately takes vital signs and weights.
• Provides in‑care support, including lifting up to 40pounds, where required.
• Keeps current on First Aid/CPR certification as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management staff.

• High school graduate preferred.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Participation in scheduled mandatory in‑services and meetings.
• Currently holds CPR/First Aid certification.
