Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant; PTA

Overview

We’re looking for a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a well-established outpatient clinic treating an adult population.

• Predictable patient population with all physicians in-house.
• Collaborative team environment where therapists work closely with physicians on treatment plans.
• Therapists are encouraged to voice concerns and recommendations and truly be part of the care team.
• No random outside referrals creating inconsistent care plans.
• Lower‑stress setting focused on quality patient care and continuity.
• Reasonable productivity expectations averaging only 1.5 patients per hour.
• No weekend coverage required.
• No therapist on‑call responsibilities.
• Electronic charting shared with physicians.

• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
• Active PTA license in the state
