As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting both patients and providers while helping ensure daily clinic operations run efficiently.
- Preparing examination rooms and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Rooming patients and assisting providers during examinations and procedures
- Recording patient information and maintaining accurate medical records
- Providing patients with education, after‑care instructions, and support
- Coordinating radiology and laboratory services
- Assisting with clinical workflow and patient care coordination
- Managing administrative and clinical tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Helping create a welcoming and positive patient experience
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Non‑Certified Radiologic Technician (NCRT) license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism
