We support our clinicians in building a thriving caseload based on a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We seek a Full Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Saint Augustine FL.
Schedule:
Hybrid
The salary range for this position is $109,513 - $147,146 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance.
Requirements- Active, clear Alabama PMHNP license
- Two years of post-licensure experience
- Strong diagnostic and evaluation skills
- Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Ability to provide patient education regarding medication treatment adherence and aftercare services
- Ability to provide psychiatric assessment
- Experience with health psychology
- Initiative-taking, ambitious, and can quickly build rapport with clients
- Ability to counsel patients using advanced psychotherapeutic techniques, including in group settings, if needed
- Experience working with older adults
- Experience with couples or family counseling
- Collaborating with patients with chronic medical conditions
