Position: CNA and HHA Needed St Augustine Area
Home Well Care Services - Flager Beach, FL - CNA and HHA needed for Full Time and Part Time HoursHome Well Care Services

FULL TIME and PART TIME and PRN HOURS AVAILABLE
LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS IN VOLUSIA / FLAGLER AND ST JOHN COUNTIES

WE OFFER SEVERAL PROGRAMS TO OUR CLIENTS THAT FIT THEIR NEEDS

  • Experience with Dementia

  • Experience with ADL's and IADL's

  • Experience with limited non weight bearing patients.

  • Experience working with patients that has wound management

  • Experience working with Super pubic catheters

  • Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed

  • RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!!

  • 2 YEARS MIN EXP WITH AS A CAREGIVER (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.

  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients

  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.

Requirements:

  • Valid certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program.

  • Experience in providing patient care preferred.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare practices.

  • Ability to lift and transfer patients safely and comfortably.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

  • Reliable Transportation
