Location: St. Augustine
UF Health - - Responsibilities:
Room patients and prepare them for examination by obtaining and documenting vital signs, height, weight, and other required measurements;
Complete patient pre-charting and ensure medical records are accurate and ready for provider visits;
Navigate and maintain records in Florida SHOTS, including reviewing and updating immunization information;
Complete School Entry Forms and other required patient documentation;
Assist providers with sports physicals and related patient evaluations
