Join our team supporting patients in both rehabilitation and behavioral health settings—no experience required! Nutritious Lifestyles is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RDN), LDN, or RD Eligible candidate to provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care to patients in rehabilitation and behavioral health.
You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary healthcare team, helping patients improve their health and quality of life through the power of Food as Medicine.
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations for rehabilitation and behavioral health patients.
- Provide individualized nutrition care plans and 1:1 resident consultations.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
- Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
- Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to deliver high-quality nutrition care.
- Make a meaningful impact by using Food as Medicine to support healing, recovery, and overall well-being.
- RDNs, LDNs, and RD2
Be - Graduating dietetic interns-No Experience Needed
- Entry-level & Experienced candidates passionate about nutrition and patient care.
- Strong communicators eager to learn and grow.
