Interim Health Care of NE Florida is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy in St. Augustine, FL and surrounding areas. You'll help patients regain independence and perform daily tasks in the comfort of their own home.
You will assess patients, set therapy goals, guide exercises, suggest adaptive equipment, and collaborate with an interprofessional team. A Florida OT license and CPR are required, with at least one year of home health experience preferred.
