Plan, develop, and direct the assisted living activities program in accordance with regulatory guidelines and Westminster policies; ensure activities meet residents' interests and abilities.;
Carry out daily, hands-on activities to promote well-being and security for residents;
Update resident Likes & Dislikes and prepare monthly activity calendars and notices;
Maintain attendance records and note any behavioral or physical issues affecting participation;
Assist supervisor with purchasing needs for daily or monthly activities and promote resident participation
