• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• 30 hours per week needed
• Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
