The Spa at Palencia is growing, and we’re looking for the right Licensed Massage Therapist to grow with us.

. Our clients are never just another appointment on the schedule. We want every guest to feel welcomed, remembered, and genuinely cared for—and we’re looking for therapists who want to build the kind of relationships that create lifelong clients.

We are thoughtfully expanding our massage team one therapist at a time
, giving each new LMT the opportunity to establish themselves and gradually build a loyal clientele.

Our spa averages approximately 84 new clients each month
, creating ongoing opportunities to meet new clients and grow your book.

We understand that building a sustainable clientele takes time. There is no minimum weekly-hour commitment
, and we encourage therapists to maintain an existing position while they build their schedule with us.

Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

You do not need to work every listed shift. Weekday shifts can be selected based on your availability.

Two weekends per month are required
, which can be alternating Saturdays, alternating Sundays, or Saturday and Sunday on rotating weekends.

• 30% service commission during the first 90 days
• Eligible to increase to 35% commission following a successful 90-day introductory period

The Spa provides your treatment room, massage table, linens, massage creams/oils, laundry, booking and scheduling, front-desk support, and marketing
—allowing you to focus on your clients and building lasting relationships.

We’re looking for someone who is professional, dependable, client-focused, team-oriented, positive, and committed to a supportive, drama‑free workplace.

Experience is preferred but not required
. Newly licensed therapists with strong skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Active Florida Massage Therapist license
• Professional liability insurance
• Ability to perform the massage services on our menu or willingness to complete paid training
• Availability for at least two weekends per month
• Commitment to exceptional, relationship-focused client care
