St. Augustine Youth Services (SAYS) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Master’s Level Therapist to join our Community Assessment & Treatment (CAT) team. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, trauma-informed clinical services to children and adolescents with behavioral health needs while working closely with families, case managers, peer supports, and other professionals.

As a CAT Master’s Level Therapist, you will serve as the primary therapist for up to 18 youth, providing individualized clinical services based on each child's treatment plan. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy consistent with each child's treatment plan and program requirements.
• Serve as the primary therapist for an assigned caseload of up to 18 youth.
• Utilize the Wraparound Model in collaboration with Case Managers, Peer Specialists/Mentors, families, and identified natural supports.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and complete required updates, progress notes, session documentation, and reports.
• Attend and actively participate in Treatment Team Meetings.
• Review treatment plans and clinical progress with families during Wraparound meetings.
• Collaborate with treatment team members and community professionals regarding clinical needs and services.
• Follow clinical direction provided by the Clinical Supervisor, consulting psychiatrist, psychologist, and Clinical Director.
• Respond appropriately to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention by phone or in person when needed.
• Participate in scheduled on-call responsibilities.
• Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a 40-hour-per-week position. While the standard work week is generally Monday through Friday, flexibility outside of traditional 9:00 AM–5:00 PM hours may be required to meet the needs of youth and families.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• At least two years of clinical experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral health needs.
• Ability to effectively assess and respond to crisis situations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and write treatment plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly present cases and communicate effectively regarding clinical issues with treatment team members and community professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to successfully complete required Level 2 background screening and drug screening.

• Confident handling crisis situations.
• Organized and able to manage clinical documentation and deadlines.
• A strong communicator who can advocate for youth and families.

• Committed to following ethical, professional, and organizational standards.
