Your New Role

Pay Range: $14.25 - $17.79 / hour; based on experience.

Hours: Prioritizing candidates with the following availability

• Opening shifts starting as early as 5 am
• Closing shifts until 10:30 pm

Responsibilities:

Our Team Members create unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness.

• Maintain a welcoming environment for all members and guests, providing information on membership offerings, fitness programs, facilitating club tours, and assisting with club amenities and equipment functions
• Complete daily cleaning tasks throughout all areas of the club and ensure the facilities are always extraordinarily clean for our members
• Facilitate front desk operations, completing membership sign-ups and retail transactions, answering phones, and supporting member inquiries
• Assist with billing issues and disputes, escalating to your leadership when needed
• Make and serve smoothies (at applicable clubs with Chuze Blends)

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

Preferences:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience

Physical Abilities:

• Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
• Walking, bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
• Standing for long periods
• Phone and computer operations
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
