Front Desk Supervisor
Join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor and play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests! In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that each guest enjoys a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience. You will also assist in training and mentoring front desk staff, resolving guest concerns, and managing scheduling and shift coverage.
Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a warm and efficient front office environment.
- Act as the friendly face of our hotel, ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Supervise front desk agents, manage guest reservations, and handle guest inquiries and concerns.
- Report directly to the Front Office Manager.

Hotel experience is a definite advantage! Candidates should possess:
- A combination of relevant education and experience.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and effective communication in English.
