Front Desk Representative – Guy Harvey Resort, St. Augustine Beach

We lovingly refer to this position as the First Impression Executive. Are you a people person with a big smile and a heart for hospitality? • Welcome guests with warmth and provide a smooth experience from check‑in to check‑out
• Handle reservations and front desk tasks quickly and accurately
• Be a helpful resource for guest questions, needs, and concerns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure top‑notch service
• Learn and use our property management and point‑of‑sale systems
• Follow resort policies and procedures to create a seamless guest experience

• Competitive starting pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
• A fun, supportive team environment right on the beach

• Availability to work weekends and holidays

• Friendly, clear communication skills
• Front desk or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not required
