Night Auditor (Part-Time) - Walk In Interviews Tuesday - Thursday at Hilton Grand Vacations. Saint Augustine, FL.
Schedule:
Part-Time, Year-Round;
Overnight including Weekends and holidays.
Walk‑in interviews every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 11am – 4pm at 200 South Legacy Trail, St. Augustine, FL 32092. Ask for Brett or Lynette upon arrival. Bring a resume.
Job DescriptionAs Front Desk Night Auditor, you will lead all aspects of auditing, posting, and balancing daily financial transactions to support the resort’s commitment to exceptional guest service and financial profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Front Office duties and serve as the overnight guest service agent.
- Follow proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions.
- Identify causes of out-of-balance situations, produce reports for management, and correct errors to prevent reoccurrence.
- Ensure all charges are properly posted to guest folio or master account and balanced with supporting documentation.
- Reconcile all charges to the general ledger, prepare back‑up files, and close out shifts, preparing the system for the next day.
- Manage cash funds and daily shift deposits accurately, compiling daily revenue reports.
- Perform all Front Desk duties including check‑in, check‑out, and cashier procedures efficiently.
- Assist with other departmental duties as directed by leadership.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1 year of auditing experience.
- 1 year of Front Desk experience.
- Experience with cash handling.
- Anticipates customer needs and considers impact on them.
