Avant Stay seeks an Assistant Area Manager to support the Area Manager in daily operational tasks across designated properties. You will audit properties, manage supplies, and respond to guest and owner concerns to ensure a superior experience.
Regular in-market travel and proximity to our vacation rental locations are required. You may lead in the manager's absence, coordinate with the in-market team, and help maintain Avant Stay standards.
