DLP Capital is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with the Senior Director of People Operations and the People team. The role focuses on delivering value-added HR programs, internal client service, and operational excellence aligned with our culture and values.
The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Greenhouse. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
