Commercial Cleaner - Evening Cleaner in St. Augustine

In search of a commercial cleaner to clean 4 nights a week. This job will be 8-12 hours a week with opportunity for growth. Must have reliable transportation. Locations will be in the Saint Augustine area (between SR207 and World Golf Village) and will require you to drive between locations.

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays must be evenings after 6pm. Saturday (or Sunday) is the 4th day and can be at any point in the day or night.

This will total on average 8-12 hours a week to start.

Flexible hours, most locations can be cleaned after 6pm.

Attendance Bonus/Incentive: Each month that you are able to work with perfect attendance, we will give you a bonus at the end of the month. $1 for each hour you worked that month.

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided Service Master products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
