The primary objective of the Facilities Tech is to maintain a clean and safe environment for Service Techs. Facilities Techs also assist in making minor repairs and performing preventive maintenance.

• Use of floor scrubber in shop area to clean service bays (training provided)
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Collecting cardboard in shops and placing it in the baler
• Replacing HVAC filters
• Maintaining battery-operated equipment
• Removing trash from shops and the exterior of the campus
• Cleaning shop sinks, lifts, and walls
• Collecting used tires and placing them in the tire pick-up area
• Collecting used oil and fuel filters and placing them in proper collection containers
• Landscaping
• Completing assigned work orders
• Reporting hazards or damages to the supervisor
• Performing additional tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager and Director

The ideal candidate subscribes to a positive work environment, is a great team player, has a good personality, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. This is a 40-hour workweek position with occasional overtime.

Requirements include a valid Florida driver's license, knowledge of basic hand tools, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
