- Compensation:
Starting at $130,000+ ($60k base pay per year + performance incentives) - Lead and scale a high-performance acquisitions team of 3+ closers
- Drive daily operations, coaching, and pipeline accountability
- Host live training sessions and provide real-time call coaching
- Own KPIs, incentive plans, and deal volume tracking by lead source
- Lead final hiring interviews alongside CEO and Culture Index Advisor
- Continuously evolve sales systems and conversion strategies
- Hands‑on leadership role with fast-paced, high‑stakes environment
- Based in St. Augustine, FL — in‑person role with career growth potential
- Minimum 1 year of experience coaching high‑performing teams
- Proven track record leading a high performing team of at least 5 people.
- Strong command of sales psychology and conversion optimization
- Fluent and confident communicator with excellent leadership presence
- Familiarity with real estate acquisitions or sales preferred, not required
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, fast‑paced sales culture
- Ability to coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable
