We are retained with a high-growth, mission-driven organization to hire a senior talent leader who will own the full talent and leadership development continuum across the enterprise.

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership, responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while building scalable leadership programs that support long-term growth.

This is not a narrow L&D role. It is a strategic seat at the table with real ownership and accountability.

• Enterprise-wide talent strategy, including executive hiring partnership, succession planning, and internal promotions
• Design and execution of leadership development programs from early leadership through executive levels
• Company-wide learning and development framework aligned to culture, performance, and engagement
• Retention and engagement strategy for top performers, with measurable outcomes tied to A-player retention
• Close partnership with executive leadership to translate vision into people systems, programs, and capability

• Leadership pipelines are built, not bought
• Directors and executives are increasingly promoted from within
• Engagement and retention metrics move meaningfully year over year
