This is a part‑time hybrid role for a Project Manager at Copper Coin Web Design, based in St Augustine, FL, with the possibility of working remotely on some occasions and may also become full‑time eventually. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate web design projects, ensuring tasks are efficiently expedited and keeping all project components on track. Duties include managing project timelines, liaising between clients and internal teams, inspecting workflows, and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

The role requires exceptional organizational skills and strong communication to align project activities with company goals.

• Experience in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing projects
• Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely project execution
• Capability in conducting Inspection to maintain project quality and standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and client relationships
• Familiarity with digital design, web development, or similar fields is advantageous
• Experience in managing remote or hybrid teams is a plus
