JOB SUMMARY:

Your Flight Plan!

Pool monitors work on the pool deck and help enforce the rules of the facility. They are not lifeguards and do not hold any certifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Ready to Fly!

Pool monitors oversee the pool deck and residents.

Provide customer service to residents.

Monitors are responsible for straightening of all pool furniture, helping with trash, enforcing rules, opening and closing duties as well as making sure all forms and supplies are stocked.

Staff may also be required to sign residents/guests in when needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The Wingspan Needed!

High school diploma.

Prior experience.

Occasional travel may be required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is performed in outdoor weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to chemicals and fumes.

Walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves continually during working hours; is subject to lifting over 50 pounds.
