Due to continued growth and increased demand, we’re looking for a Field Service & Commissioning Manager to join our Operations team. About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead field service and commissioning activities across the South East Asia (SEA) region. You will play a key role in coordinating internal teams and delivery partners to ensure customer commitments are met safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with Operations, Engineering and Commercial teams, you will oversee mobilisation, commissioning and field service delivery, while driving continuous improvement across regional operations.

  • Lead field service and commissioning activities across the SEA region, coordinating internal teams and delivery partners
  • Own mobilisation, site readiness and execution quality for all field-based delivery activities
  • Manage partner and subcontractor performance, ensuring work is delivered in line with EA Technology standards
  • Review schedules, risks, permits, spares and customer dependencies ahead of deployment activities
  • Act as the senior escalation point for technical issues, site constraints, delays and customer concerns
  • Ensure all commissioning and field service activities are completed safely, compliantly and with accurate supporting documentation
  • Work closely with central functions to resolve technical, logistics and quality issues affecting regional delivery
  • Monitor field performance through KPIs such as first-time-right, utilisation, defects and rework, implementing improvement plans where required
  • Provide leadership, coaching and support to regional Field Service Engineers and delivery partners
  • Capture lessons learned from field activities and embed improvements into regional planning, partner enablement and operational standards
What we’ll need from you:
  • Proven leadership experience managing field engineering, commissioning or service delivery teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Commercial, Product & Engineering and Operations
  • Ability to plan resources, manage capacity and deliver predictable operational outcomes
  • Commercial awareness, including budgeting, prioritisation and operational performance
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • Experience working with operational processes, technical documentation and quality management systems
  • Comfortable using operational data and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Desirable:
  • Experience working within a global hub-and-spoke or partner-led delivery model
  • Experience leading operational change or process improvement initiatives
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications (electrical, safety, networking or similar)
  • Experience using ticketing systems, monitoring platforms or engineering data tools
