Responsibilites:

- – Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all spa services, ensuring consistency and quality.
- – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and reports.
- – Address any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- – Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- – Continuously research and stay up to date on industry trends, products, and services, and incorporate them into the spa’s offerings as appropriate.
