Summary

Daily tasks include supplying the production floor with raw materials, operating SAP and RF transactions to maintain accurate inventory levels, and performing quality inspections and material putaways. The position requires reviewing documentation for accuracy and storing materials appropriately.

Shift – 1st (7am – 3pm)

Responsibilities
  • Use SAP for essential job functions.
  • Act as a bulk wire, sensor, or assembly coordinator.
  • Perform cycle counts with high accuracy.
  • Ensure physical counts match SAP quantities.
  • Verify incoming paperwork for lot traceability and overall accuracy.
  • Process raw material returns through SAP and physically put material away.
  • Maintain labeled and organized inventory storage areas.
  • Examine work orders to determine required parts and materials.
  • Accurately pull correct material, count parts, and measure/cut material.
  • Use FIFO and maintain lot control.
  • Follow company standard work practices and procedures.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area and promote 5S practices.
  • Show strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Maintain regular and predictable on‑site attendance.
  • Report problems or difficulties to the supervisor and follow safety rules.

Essential Job Functions
  • Use mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with all units of measure. Pass the application mathematics examination.
  • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Perform all tasks safely to protect oneself, others, products, materials, and company assets.
  • Maintain integrity, teamwork, and accomplish job goals.
  • Respond to audible or visual alarms for building evacuation, shelter‑in‑place, and equipment movement.
