Production Operator - Mix II

Purple is a digitally‑native vertical brand with a mission to help people feel and live better through innovative comfort solutions. The compensation target for this role is $21.75 per hour.

Production Operators are the core of Purple! We need someone who is ready to work hard every day and be a great addition to our team.

• Ensure mix equipment is running at peak efficiencies.
• Follow all production and machine protocols, putting safety above all else.
• Handle equipment start‑up and shut‑down activities during each designated shift.
• Load and unload items from machines and dollies.
• Ensure all processes are followed in accordance with company protocol.
• Implement appropriate safety measures at every step of the production process.
• Inspect product and record data at appropriate steps of the production cycle.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment properly at the end of each shift.
• Label and package finished items correctly.
• Assist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting issues.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to train and lead.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• May occasionally stand, sit, or remain stationary for prolonged periods.
• May occasionally lift or move objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.
• May constantly communicate with others to exchange information.
• May perform repetitive motions with the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
• May assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.

This full‑time position is expected to work approximately 30‑40 hours per week. Actual hours may vary based on business needs.
