Build the Marketing Engine Behind a High-Growth Consumer Platform

Our client is building a centralized marketing function to support rapid expansion across multiple markets.

This is a newly created leadership role designed to bring key marketing capabilities in-house and build the foundation for long-term scale.

Initially, this leader will operate broadly across growth, acquisition, systems, reporting, and execution. Over time, they will build and develop a specialized internal marketing team.

The primary objective is simple:

Drive efficient customer acquisition while building the internal marketing capability to support future growth.

Industry experience is flexible. Franchise experience is not required.

This role is ideal for a builder who enjoys creating structure, improving performance, and developing teams.

What You'll Own
  • Lead customer and patient acquisition strategy across multiple markets
  • Improve lead quality while lowering cost per lead and customer acquisition cost
  • Increase conversion from inquiry → appointment → show → member/customer
  • Bring key marketing capabilities in-house over time
  • Build and scale the internal marketing team over 12-18 months
  • Initially operate across multiple disciplines including paid search, SEO, paid social, lifecycle marketing, reporting, and attribution
  • Develop repeatable local marketing programs across locations
  • Support onboarding and enablement of locations and their marketing stack
  • Own Hub Spot strategy, workflows, reporting, and automation
  • Establish scalable marketing systems, processes, and operating rhythms
