Position Overview

Are you outgoing, creative, energetic, and passionate about building relationships in the community? Do you love social media, networking, events, and helping businesses grow?

Our award-winning State Farm Agency in beautiful St. Augustine Beach is looking for a Marketing Liaison / Brand Ambassador to help expand our community presence, strengthen client relationships, and drive agency growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Represent our agency at community events, networking functions, schools, festivals, and local business partnerships
  • Help grow our brand awareness throughout St. Augustine and surrounding areas
  • Coordinate customer appreciation events, giveaways, sponsor ships, and outreach campaigns
  • Build relationships with local businesses, centers of influence, and community leaders
  • Assist with social media content, videos, promotions, and online engagement
  • Help manage Google reviews, online reputation, and digital visibility
  • Create creative marketing ideas that generate new leads and referrals

    Support a positive, energetic office culture and team environment
  • Help organize team-building events, celebrations, and community involvement activities
Ideal Candidate
  • Positive, energetic, and highly personable
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable talking with new people and representing the agency publicly
  • Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.)
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Creative thinker with strong follow-through
  • Experience in marketing, branding, hospitality, events, sales, or community outreach is a plus
