Accelerator Program - Affiliate BD

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our affiliate team, focusing on managing an expanding network of affiliates. This role involves collaborating with prominent KOLs to ensure the effectiveness of their promotional efforts and liaising with internal departments to equip affiliates with the necessary assets and tools to attract more users to Binance. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, a background in marketing or public relations, and excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions.

Given Binance's extensive affiliate network, you will be expected to deliver exceptional value and contribute to outperforming competitors in the quest for top affiliates.

The role requires proficiency in using in-house tools, quick learning, and collaboration with developers to enhance systems and interfaces, resolve issues, and conduct comprehensive analyses of existing data.

• Assist in growing the affiliate network through outreach to You Tubers, media outlets, influencers, and other potential partners
• Support negotiations, onboarding, and documentation processes for new affiliates
• Help manage key affiliate accounts by maintaining regular communication and analyzing their performance data
• Contribute to the creation and execution of promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI
• Build and maintain reports using internal data to optimize affiliate channel performance
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in adjusting affiliate strategies accordingly
• Support fraud detection efforts by identifying potential scams or manipulations within the affiliate network

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development
• Familiarity with the crypto space is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with media, influencers, or key partners
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Practical experience managing affiliate relationships and campaigns
• Exposure to the fintech and crypto industries
