As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include:
- Managing admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
- Coordinating medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Administering medications and following center policies
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal resident outcomes
- Reporting any abnormal changes in residents’ conditions
