• Record vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff.
• Remind patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements as needed.
• Check patient vital signs each day and keep precise records in the patient’s chart.

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.
