Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health – RNs & LPNs (Saint Augustine, FL & surrounding areas)
Angels of Care is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care to our medically fragile pediatric patients in their homes.
Responsibilities- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other personnel.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.

Qualifications- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New grads welcome; training provided).
- Experience providing care in a client home setting.
