Clinic Nurse

Insight Global is seeking a Clinic Nurse (LPN or RN) for a leading healthcare client.

This individual will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Provider, supporting patient assessments, treatment plans, education, care coordination, and follow-up. The Clinic Nurse will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with nursing standards, HIPAA regulations, and company policies.

• Screen patients for signs and symptoms of illness and assess care needs
• Assist Providers with treatment plans, patient monitoring, and follow‑up care
• Provide patient education, health teaching, and care coordination services
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered by the Provider
• Document patient interactions, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR
• Support post-hospitalization and post-ER follow-up care activities
• Initiate emergency procedures when necessary until additional medical support is available
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with Providers, Care Managers, and clinical staff to deliver quality patient care

• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• High school diploma/GED required (LPN);
  Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required (RN)
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• IV Certification for LPNs (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and infection control practices

• 2–5 years of experience in Med‑Surg, ER, ICU, Acute Care, or related clinical settings
• Experience supporting population health, care management, or care coordination initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
