Location: St. Augustine South
UF Health in Florida seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct, patient-centered home health care to seniors. Under RN supervision, you will administer medications, perform wound care, IV therapy, phlebotomy, and education to patients and families in their homes.
You'll collaborate with a clinical team to plan and evaluate care, monitor vitals, document findings, and respond to changes in condition, ensuring quality, safe, and holistic care in a home setting.
